Returns policy

How do I return goods?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund amount does not include the delivery charge. However the following points must be observed:

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.

Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.

Please note that the amount charged for delivery of a product is a subsidised amount, the true cost of delivery will be charged for products returned within 7 days unless the product is faulty.  All products are checked on return to our warehouse.  In the event of the product being used, or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed.

Please note that the manufacturer endeavours to offer a free repair service for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.

Once a returns claim has been logged on our system, it is fully assessed and then MUST be authorised by a BDC manager. Please note: we do not accept products ordered via the website back at our centres.

Please note: we are unable to accept returns, or make refunds for, special order items.

Cancellations

Again, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is your UK statutory right.

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods but not any service provided by us, such as a gift-wrap service or a special delivery service. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
