Served by a 30 strong nationwide network of Centres, the wholesaler, merchant or Cash & Carry operator has access to over 7,500 product lines from more than 100 leading manufacturers all from a single source.

Deliveries are made between 24-48 hours free of charge (minimum delivery £75) or the customer can Call & Collect himself within one hour.

Foster’s own transport fleet means guaranteed delivery and therefore peace of mind. A Regional Management network controls an integrated field sales and telesales operation to ensure a swift, efficient and effective service. A National Sales Enquiry line provides a professional, co-ordinated response.

With more than £20 million worth of stock held at any one time, customers can be confident of finding what they want, when they want it. The range of product held includes major domestic and small appliances, security products and CCTV systems, decorative and commercial lighting, heating and ventilation products, water and space heating products, consumer electronics, lamps and tubes, telecommunications and office equipment, torches and batteries and a host of electrical accessory products.

Foster’s customers, once registered, are sent a free quarterly product catalogue – Foster 5000. This 330+ page publication contains colour photographs and descriptions including prices of the entire Foster stockholding. Each month the retailer also receives from Foster ‘Price Slash/1st Choice’ – a 32 page combined publication featuring products at special promotional prices and top selling products at permanently reduced prices.
