The products are arranged in a logical order leading from one section to the other. So, from entering the showroom the contractor will find cable, back boxes, self-fix, switches, sockets – and alternatives such as brass and chrome fittings - consumer units, fuses, accessories and conduit and then lighting, heating, showers, and security products. There are also white goods such as washing machines, fridges and freezers on display as well as consumer electronics such as audio-video equipment, LCD and plasma televisions and a host of small appliances such as kettles, irons, toasters etc.
If the contractor chooses to have product delivered then BDC’s own transport fleet means guaranteed delivery and therefore peace of mind. A Regional Management network controls an integrated field sales and telesales operation to ensure a swift, efficient and effective service. A National Sales Enquiry line provides a professional, co-ordinated response. |
